Shipping & Return Policy

At Koprm, we deliver high-quality, handcrafted copper products. Due to their artisanal nature, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Returns are accepted only if:

Item is damaged or defective

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

You provide photo/video proof with your order number

The item is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Minor variations due to handmade nature

Used items or late requests
To request a return:
Email koprm.radhikatradersindia@gmail.com within 48 hours. Include order number and photos/videos. We respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will either arrange return shipping or send a replacement.
Return shipping is covered if approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Note: Handmade products may have slight imperfections or natural variations, which are not considered defects.
