At Koprm, every product is handcrafted with care. As part of our commitment to quality and efficient fulfillment, we offer limited order cancellation options.

Order Cancellation Terms

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been processed or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, you must email us at koprm.radhikatradersindia@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 9310039871 within the 2-hour window.

  • If your cancellation is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders

We do not accept cancellations in the following cases:

  • After 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the product has been processed, packed, or shipped.

  • For customized or limited-edition items (if applicable).

Important Note

Because our products are individually handcrafted and made to order in some cases, cancellations beyond the specified time frame may result in wasted resources and impact our artisans’ efforts. We kindly ask that you place orders mindfully.
