At Koprm, we are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted copper products. Due to the artisanal nature of our items and our rigorous quality checks, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Eligibility for Return

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • The item is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue, along with your order number.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preferences.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

  • Requests made after 48 hours from the time of delivery.


Return Process

To request a return for an eligible issue:

  1. Contact us at koprm.radhikatradersindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and attach photos/videos of the damaged product.

  3. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days after reviewing your request.

  4. If approved, we will arrange return shipping or send a replacement product.


Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet our policy criteria will not be accepted or refunded.


Important Note

As our products are handmade, minor imperfections or natural variations are to be expected and are not considered defects.
